madamesilverspurs's JournalHillary's opening remark --
I'm hoping it will something along the lines of "I'm running for President, my husband is not."

Fasten your seatbelts.
Tonights debate could reach a whole new level of interesting. Given the mass GOP evacuation from Trumps sinking ship, Trump might see no value in continuing with his already flimsy civility charade. He might just figure that, now that the leash is off, hes no longer constrained by any of Miss Manners rules of decorum. Given that his limited spectrum runs the gamut from mumbling robot to greasy smarm to raging lunatic, tonights performance from Trump could be nothing short of messily spectacular. Pass the popcorn. And a shovel.
Makes ya wonder
MO GOP chair, just now on MSNBC, asked if he still supports Trump: "Now more than ever."
Ye gods.
Melania Trump is speechless because Michelle Obama never had to defend a cheating husband
Margaret, Melania Trump is speechless at this point because Michelle Obama has never had to respond to an Obama infidelity. And Donald is now speechless because if Hillary is responsible for Bills infidelity then Melania no longer qualifies to be First Lady.
To all my Republican friends out there, please tell me which item below was the tipping point for you:

Buyer's remorse
My alleged "representative" is Ken Buck. In the course of his primary campaign he was running against a woman, and hes on tape telling people to vote for him because I dont wear high heels. And there was considerable discussion about the confessed rapist DA Buck had refused to prosecute because, in his words, the victim was just having a case of buyers remorse.
Speaking of buyer's remorse, how's your party doing today, Buck?

Braving the Trumpness
No, not me. Some Dem friends, however, are outside the venue and mingling with the Trumpsters awaiting their candidates arrival in Loveland CO this evening. This morning MSNBC had a reporter on scene, and the man he interviewed just went into a repeating rant of "Bill Clinton is a rapist." Checking out http://www.coloradoan.com/ (newspaper out of Ft. Collins CO) for pics of the gathering crowd, there are vendors with the requisite anti-Hillary gear.
Just got a text from one of those Dem friends: "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil." Yikes.
