Huckabee: Amish God Is The Wrong One

As we have been informed by Mike Huckabee, his God kills children unless it receives sufficient attention.

Of course, it therefore follows that the Amish God is the wrong one:

On October 2, 2006, a shooting occurred at the West Nickel Mines School, an Amish one-room schoolhouse in the Old Order Amish community of Nickel Mines, a village in Bart Township of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Gunman Charles Carl Roberts IV took hostages and shot ten girls (aged 613), killing five, before committing suicide in the schoolhouse.

So, clearly, we have enough schools to run the experiment of letting each school pick a god, and worship that one. Then, we'll see which ones get shot up and which ones don't, in order to narrow down the range of correct gods. Although, if we are going to try to cover Hinduism, we may need to get the homeschoolers to help out on some of the more obscure ones.

John Birch Society Lauds New Sibel Edmonds Book

The point that Rush and Fox didn't come to her aid is true. As always the "leftists" did. They thought they could control her. Ms. Edmonds is, in spite of that, very much aligned with us, those who consider themselves Constitutionalists and who believe in Liberty.

"Dagmar's Hot Pants Inc." on Netflix

Spanning the gamut of Scandinavian interior decor, this film was apparently funded in part by the Swedish telephone company, one of the premier national telecommunication providers of the 1970's. Within the first twenty minutes of the film, you will feast your eyes upon no fewer than three different models of residential telephone equipment, two commercial sets common to that era, and one of their premier full-featured public payphones.

While the exterior shots provide a lavish introduction to the beautiful town of Copenhagen, don't let the movie magic fool you. Those are clearly Swedish telephones. Prior to legislation passed in 1980, Televerket, much like AT&T here, was the sole legal provider of telephone terminal equipment which could be lawfully connected to the public switched telephone network. However, unlike AT&T, the range of models, colors, and dialing features was, even in the early 1970's, well beyond those offered in the United States.

The language of the film is English, and hence this film is representative of many Swedish films of that era which led to global admiration for the Swedish telephone system and its enticing array of equipment, dialing plans, remarkable call clarity and reasonable pricing.

Any person having an interest in 20th century telephone equipment history will enjoy this film thoroughly.

"Invasion of the Bee Girls" on Netflix

Feminism meets big pharma in this thought-provoking exploration of government-funded research gone awry. As the men of Peckham are dropping dead from sexual ecstacy, you'll either find yourself gripped with fear or wondering, "How come that never happens in my town?" or wishing that you grew up next door to a drive-in movie theater.

Although not actually shot in 3D, watch out if your partner slips on a large pair of sunglasses before the stunning conclusion of this titillating thriller.

Are those three thumbs up, or are you enjoying the film?
