Odin2005
Odin2005's JournalYesterday it was a record 52F in Fargo.
"No such think as man-made global warming" my rear end. 52F, In Fargo, on the day after Christmas. Jesus Christ!
We are not supposed to have normal winter conditions (high of 10F, low of -5F) for another week.
Mr. Electric Universe just got TS'd by Skinner.
Apparently Skinner had enough of his shilling snake oil in the Health forums.
THANK YOU SKINNER!!!
No white Christmas for Fargo, it's gonna be over 40F here.
Not just on Xmas, but also on Monday and Tuesday.
No global warming my ass.
An thread with a RW troll spewing bigotry about people on SSDI. Jury left it.

Fellow "Sensitive" guys check in!
I can't be the only one who hates macho crap and doesn't suppress my tears.
Skinner, when is the Buddhism group supposed to be up?
I have a Sci-fi world in my head, I just need to get it on paper.
I've wanted to write a Sci-fi story for a couple years now, but I have not had the ambition to do it, it's just seems so daunting and intimidating.
I've been strongly inspired by the Orion's Arm Universe Project and Asimov's Foundation novels. This Sci-Fi world is set around 2,500 years from now. The world has warp drives (I generally hate "Handwavium", but FTL travel is necessary for the world I want to work socially, politically, militarily, and economically), and "post-human" beings far more intelligent than we can even comprehend influencing the direction of societies from behind the scenes.
