"Maganazi".

Right out of the gate after the election, I had trouble staying balanced or calm. I used the phrase 'Russian Nazi' whenever confronted with any supporter of Donald Trump, but it felt like hyperbole.

Each passing day it has felt less and less like hyperbole as they show us who they clearly are, and as the Russians continue to shape our foreign policy to serve their purposes.. Americans in favor of allowing Russia to govern their nation to rescue a fading ancient misogyno-racist tribalism have now burst into torch flame, chanting 'Blood and Soil' and 'MAGA' on a public street in a city in the United States of America.

So, it's hyperbole no longer. 'Russian Maganazi' is where I start the conversation with any continuing supporter of Trump. As a nation we failed a serious moral intelligence test last year, one in which there was no gray area, no debatable terms, no ability to stand on one side but feel kinship with the other. The sharpest, clearest, simplest decision in our nation's history to date, and we failed that test.

Hyperbole no longer. Russian Maganazis they are, and as Russian Maganazis should they be treated, the greatest threat to the security and continued existence of the United States in our time.

77% of Trump Voters say the USA should bow down to Russia.

Racism, homophobia, and misogyny are apparently stronger ideologies for them than American patriotism.

-72% of Trump voters consider the Russia story overall to be 'fake news,' only 14% disagree.

-Only 24% of Trump voters even want an investigation into whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia, 64% are opposed to an investigation.

-Even if there was an investigation, and it found that the Trump campaign did collude with Russia to aid his campaign, 77% of his supporters think he should still stay in office to just 16% who believe he should resign.

-Only 26% of Trump voters admit that Russia wanted Trump to win the election, 44% claim Russia wanted Hillary Clinton to win, and 31% say they're not sure one way or the other.

-Just 13% of Trump voters believe that members of Trump's campaign team did work with the Russians to help his campaign, to 81% who say they didn't. On a related note only 9% believe that either Donald Trump Jr. or Jared Kushner engaged in illegal activity to help Trump get elected, to 77% who say Kushner didn't and 79% who say Trump Jr. didn't.

Most disgusting thing I've ever heard.

Most Republicans are fine with betraying their nation as long as their private hatreds are protected and writ large by the conquering power.

At some point the Main Kompromat Tape will be made public and *45 will still be in the White House.

Both those things will be true simultaneously, and that is certainly going to be a freakish point in history. And it will happen soon.

I predict he will be dragged from the White House kicking and screaming. There is no dignity in the man, and he has won all his life by behaving badly.

Look to the rest of the Republicans to betray him all at once and far too late, and then try for a half-hearted Redemption Cycle that lasts three weeks, the same amount of time Ted Haggard needed to stop being a gay meth addict.

No boundaries and no limits leads to strange places.

I'm only Tom-Paine half-joking, floating this idea out there as mockery but somewhat worried that Ted Cruz will pick it up and run with it.

Russian radio takes over local DC station

The Russian state-sponsored news outlet Sputnik is entering the Washington, D.C., radio market in an effort to push back against what it called "constant attacks" by U.S. media companies.

Sputnik Radio announced Friday that it has taken over 105.5 FM, which previously aired bluegrass music.

In a statement, Mindia Gavasheli, the editor-in-chief of Sputnik's D.C. bureau, accused U.S. news organizations of unfairly attacking and criticizing the news outlet, which is funded by the Russian government.
