Trump Attorney Warned Him Against Defying Secret Documents Subpoena

Former President Donald Trump was warned last year that holding onto classified documents after he was subpoenaed by the Department of Justice (DOJ) for their return to the National Archives could amount to obstruction of justice, according to records shared exclusively with The Guardian over the weekend.

"The previously unreported warning conveyed to Trump by his lawyer Evan Corcoran could be significant in the criminal investigation surrounding Trump's handling of classified materials given it shows he knew about his subpoena obligations," the outlet reports.

Noting special counsel Jack Smith's probe into why "Trump World" failed to return the requested materials, "prosecutors have fixated on Trump's valet Walt Nauta, after he told the Justice Department that Trump told him to move boxes out of the storage room before and after the subpoena. The activity was captured on subpoenaed surveillance footage, though there were gaps in the tapes," The Guardian reveals.

"The notes revealed how Trump and Nauta had unusually detailed knowledge of the botched subpoena response, including where Corcoran intended to search and not search for classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, as well as when Corcoran was actually doing his search," Lowell continues, adding that "the notes ended up before the grand jury in Washington hearing evidence in the case after a US appeals court allowed attorney-client privilege to be pierced because judges believed Trump might have used Corcoran's legal advice in furtherance of a crime."

Rudy Giuliani Called Noelle Dunphy 'Daughter' During Sex, Lawsuit Alleges

Rudy Giuliani faces a sexual assault lawsuit from a former employee and an extract from the suit has accused him of referring to the alleged victim as his daughter prior to and during sexual activity.

The extract of the complaint has begun to circulate on social media following the announcement of the lawsuit.

Noelle Dunphy, a former Giuliani associate, filed the lawsuit in New York Court on Monday. The lawsuit accused Giuliani of "sexual assault and harassment, wage theft, and other misconduct." Giuliani served as the mayor of New York City from 1994 to 2001 and more recently worked as a personal attorney to former President Donald Trump.

Ted Cruz says he's opening an investigation into Bud Light

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) opened and called for an investigation into Anheuser-Busch over its collaboration with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney, saying that the company was potentially marketing its products to a younger audience through the partnership.

To briefly summarize, as part of a promotional campaign tied to the NCAA March Madness basketball tournament, Bud Light partnered with Dylan Mulvaney, a trans woman with a prominent social media profile. She posted a harmless and lighthearted Instagram video, which led to conservative apoplexy because ... well, it’s not altogether clear why. Apparently, much of the right doesn’t believe trans people should be involved in promotional campaigns with beer companies.

According to a letter Cruz and Republican Sen. Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee sent to Brendan Whitworth, the Anheuser-Busch CEO and chairman of the Beer Institute, Bud Light might have violated existing guidelines that prevent beer companies from promoting their products to younger audiences.

“We would urge you, in your capacity at Anheuser-Busch, to avoid a lengthy investigation by the Beer Institute by instead having Anheuser-Busch publicly sever its relationship with Dylan Mulvaney, publicly apologize to the American people for marketing alcoholic beverages to minors, and direct Dylan Mulvaney to remove any Anheuser-Busch content from his social media platforms,” the far-right senators wrote.

5% of the American people know about Alfa Bank and Trump. From March 2016 to October of
2016 a computer server @ Alfa Bank in Russia had more than 2,000 D.N.S searches (domain
name searches) to establish contact with a computer server in Lititiz, PA that was working for
the Trump Campaign. Alfa Bank also had > 300 contacts with Betsy DeVoss' computer in MI
during the same time and that would have most likely brought in Betsy's brother Erik (backwater)
Prince too.

Durham's mission was kamikaze mission from the jump. Barr knew their was nothing there in
investigating the Trump Russia investigators and he also knew that the Trump Campaign was up
to its eyeball in working with Russia so he had Durham stir up some shit that Fox and the GOP
could spread around their right wing media echo chambers.
