Just off the phone with my sister. She lives in the in the hudson Valley. They are not really gonna get hit. (YAY for the VAlley! )

Here I am -- with fellow DU's, prepping for a mess of a snow storm.. Rain turning to frozen rain and then snow.

Because of the rain, they could not pretreat the roads.

Hubby will be working from home tomorrow.

IF I still lived in the Valley I would say it just the way things are... But I live in Alexandria, Virginia. MArch, Snow. HArumph.

We are having Caphrinia's, plantains and jerk chicken tonight.

IMO: GD has lost it's collective mind.

I know this might be a meta issue, but meta doesn't exist anymore, so I have a question:

Is GD now a place to create current DU events?

(Please note the title of my OP was IMO)


I'm not going to post much here, I am not looking to fight. I just want to understand what the heck is going on. this place is weirder than usual.

NFC game: Where to stream audio?

I'm in the DC area. I'm trying to get a design project done and the TV is upstairs. I can't seem to find a link to stream the audio of the game, anyone got a stream?

I tried a lot of the Settle stations and was tols in a very nice voice: We're sorry this stream is currently not available.

Can someone help me out?
