jade helm 15

War games on American soil!

Unprecedented and a bit ominous,

And zilch on the MSM

what are your thoughts DU?

Observers might conclude (as a portion of the public already has) that Jade Helm 15 is likely a means to acclimate Americans for martial law. Since September 11, 2001 US citizens have experienced a steady erosion of their civil liberties associated with the dubious rationale of the “War On Terror.” The increased militarization of law enforcement and now operations like Jade Helm 15 being carried out on domestic soil further indicate how the Posse Comitatus Act, introduced in 1878 and intended to prevent the federal government from using the military for domestic law enforcement, is being steadily erased.

In at least one of those states, hostility toward the operation has begun a few months early. Online and at in-person meetings, many Texans have expressed suspicion and outright opposition to the project. Some are understandably worried about how it’ll affect their daily lives, while conspiracy theorists claim it’s an attempt to institute martial law, possibly in collusion with Wal-Mart.

WATCH: Terrified ‘Tea Party Patriot’ realizes he could lose Obamacare if GOP wins in 2016

“And I’m serious because I asked myself, ‘Which party has helped me out the most in the last, I don’t know, 15 years, 20?’ And it was the Democrat [SIC] Party,” Webb lamented. “If it wasn’t for Obama and that Obamacare, I would still be working.”

“With Obamacare, I got to retire at age 50 because if it wasn’t for Obamacare, I would have had to work until I was 65 and get on Medicare because health insurance is expensive when you’ve got medical problems,” he continued.

Michele Bachmann explains ‘God’s time clock’: Iran nuclear deal makes ‘Christ’s return imminent’

Former Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-MN) predicted in a recent interview that President Barack Obama’s handling of the Middle East was a sign of the End Times and that Jesus Christ would soon return to Earth.

“If we actually turn our back on Israel as we have seen Barack Obama do today, if that happens then I think we will see a scale and a level of push back in the United States,

Chris Matthews explodes at MSNBC: Quit putting ‘goddamn’ right-wing ads on for free

MSNBC host Chris Matthews lit into his own network on Tuesday, denouncing it for playing commercials paid for by “piggish” conservative groups, Talking Points Memo reported.

“The cloth-coat regular Republican voters who send their kids to war are not the ones who pay for these ads. They’re totally different people,” Matthews told colleague Thomas Roberts, after Roberts played an ad paid for by the Foundation for a Secure and Prosperous America on his show. “The ones who send their kids to war and come home maimed and wondering what the hell they were doing it for, those people are not impressed by these goddamn ads.”

A lesson for Democrats: Zappa easily debates the rabidly sick minds of two Republicans.

After watching a short clip of Frank Zappa's appearance on CNN's "Crossfire," and I couldn't help but notice how wacky the conservative panelist were in comparison. Remember, this was way back in a less radicalized time for Republicans, 1986. So I went out and found the whole clip. Wow! The show at first focused on Zappa's lyrics, but quickly moved into politics, and a debate I won't soon forget.

Progressives, liberals and Democrats would be wise to see how easily Zappa handled these guys. Zappa never once bought into their silly narratives and false premises. Instead he made them look like the brutally dictatorial and controlling Republicans they really are. Zappa was right in accusing them of pushing a fascist and theocratic agenda.

Seriously, it's a fast 20 minutes. Zappa never got angry, he just let Washington Times columnist John Lofton (you won't believe this clown) and Robert Novak (with his snide grinning gotcha's) look like controlling megalomaniacal fools.

And to conservatives, this was you before the dumbed-down rantings of the tea party. Another-words, you're worse now:

A journey into the depths of conservative deception and failures on the Ice Planet Wisconsin...by Jo

Walker ObamaCare tantrum: Will do nothing for 185,000 on Exchanges threatened by Supreme Court Decision to kill Tax Credits.

If Democrats were strong, they would never let Scott Walker off the hook for running away from the possible collapse of the government run ACA exchange in our state.

It seems unimaginable Walker could just stand by and watch 185,000 Wisconsinites lose their health insurance without lifting a finger.

It seems unimaginable that Walker would simply blame someone else for the problem, and do nothing.

It seems unimaginable that voters would not push back against this belligerent irresponsible behavior from someone supposedly elected to manage these kinds of problems. He says it's too much "pressure."

Grownups don't behavior like this. They don't let people get hurt.

And yet, Scott Walker expects us to accept this bullshit:

"We're going to push back. This president of the United States—they've got to come up with a solution....They're going to try to put the pressure on us but we need to put the pressure right back on them." Scott Walker
