Kompromat: KGB's Sexual Smears Against Its Political Enemies

How does Russia assassinate its political enemies? Forget direct attacks--those produce martyrs. The savvy KGB agent knows that it is easier and more profitable to assassinate character. And the easiest way to do that is by sexual smear/honey traps/innuendo. The practice is so common that it has its own name---Kompromat.

Do not fall for KGB dirty tricks. When you see Putin and his agents engage in a smear campaign against one of their enemies in the American--like Senator Al Franken, one of Trump's most vocal opponents in the Senate--call it what it is. Kompromat. And then give Putin the finger.

A link about Kompromat and how Putin used it in his climb to power:

Why are Americans More Afraid of Sex Than Violence?

Serious question. Mass shootings have become an almost monthly event in this country. Our "allies" in Russia are torturing gays. Our president select blames the victims of right wing violence. Home grown fascists are becoming increasingly bold---and dangerous---as they follow Trump's cues.

And yet, when a woman reveals that she was the victim of rape, everyone starts focusing on sex. Rape is not about sex. It is about violence. Statutory rape is about an adult forcing his or her will on a vulnerable child. Sexual harassment is about someone in a position of power threatening to do economic harm to someone else. It isn't about the sex. It is about the threat. The humiliation.

If a man forced another man to clean a filthy floor with his tongue in exchange for a job, there would be no sex, but there would still be violence.

Dick picks and dirty jokes and sexual propositions made to adults who are not being coerced--those are not news worthy. And yet, the press salivates over anything that allows it to use the words "breast", "penis", "vagina"--and ignores the suffering, the exploitation, the economic injustice. Worse, the press exploits the victims of violence, turning their tragedy into a peepshow. And meanwhile, the NRA and its stooges in public office get a free pass. Because, apparently, violence is a good old fashioned American value, but sex is scary.

I Believe Russia Is Pushing Sex Scandals to Distract the Press

And it is working. The closer Mueller gets to indicting the big players, the more Russia Mob/KGB blackmail data will be leaked to the press, the more victims will be pressured to make statements, the more cum stained dresses we Americans will be forced to examine as we try to wade through the cesspool of slur and scandal in order to find the real threat to our democracy.

If the press gave a rat's ass about sexism, they would not have devoted pages of coverage to Hillary Clinton's cleavage. The press does not love women. The press loves SEX.

Shame on us for allowing ourselves to be distracted. Are a bunch of Russian bloggers posing as Americans smarter than we are? Are they sitting around a desk somewhere saying "Those fat lazy Americans are so easy to fool. All we have to do is distract them with sex"?
