In my opinion, this development in the impeachment trial is fantastic.

We were looking at an acquittal today. No doubt in my mind. But this is an opportunity - a REAL opportunity - to get more information to the American people, and most importantly, to get as many Republicans as possible ON THE RECORD UNDER OATH.

We all know how differently Trumps lawyers talked in and out of court. Being under oath makes a difference for most people. I am thrilled at the prospect of doing that to as many Trump officials and Republican politicians as possible.

I'd like to express my profound gratitude for the hearts!

When I saw a DU notification, I assumed I was going to be fussed at for some reason, but the hearts! This is the first year I've ever gotten hearts without asking for them before and it was such a pleasant surprise! Whoever sent them to me, please know that you made my day!

Don't ask me to eat crow.

They're wonderful, intelligent birds.

BUT.

I sure as hell am glad to be wrong, and I'll gladly have a huge helping of metaphorical crow!!

I want to see Mitch McConnell's spirit crushed.

If there are indeed 130K early votes coming in from Dekalb

Then with the current numbers as they are, 94.5% will have to be Democratic for both our candidates to take the lead from Dekalb Co. alone.

Looking at the AJC runoff update site - we're not going to capture both seats.

Maybe Warnock wins, but Ossoff won't. We're going to have to hope that McConnell's health plunges, and fast. Otherwise it's roadblocks and a grim as hell slog to the 2022 midterms.

I can't STAND goddamn idiot conspiracy theory dipshits

So we get GREAT news - that Moderno has a vaccine that, according to their data, is over 94% effective and doesn't have the ridiculous refrigeration requirements that Pfizer's vaccine has. Instead of these scientists being national heroes - which they should be, I don't give a damn who they work for or how well they're paid - I've already seen suspicious conspiracy theory dipshits talking about how suspicious it is that the vaccine came out right after the election. So all the pharmaceutical companies, all the scientists, all the phase I and II and III volunteers, everyone associated with the massive undertaking required to make a vaccine, collaborated to have the vaccine released a couple of weeks after the election so that Donald Trump would lose. It's so fucking stupid and infuriating.

DONALD LAME DUCK!!

Maybe that's why Trump had so much trouble on that ramp in Annapolis. Lame ducks hate ramps.

Kornacki. SO. DAMN. ANNOYING.

Brian Williams: We go to our big board where Steve Kornacki has new numbers for us in Pennsylvania.

Kornacki: Something we’ve seen for much of the night has been a reduction in Donald Trump’s lead. Now, there are several outlying counties around Philadelphia that we know have had Republican tendencies and blah blah blah (3 minutes of talk about what’s already happened) and now that we’re about to get these numbers blah blah (2 minutes of different possibilities) and here are the numbers, but first blah blah (2 more minutes of other shit)

JUST GIVE US THE NEW NUMBERS RIGHT THE FUCK AWAY AND THEN YOU CAN DO YOUR JIBBER JABBER.

Somebody tell me about Arizona.

MSNBC just talked about how Trump is narrowing the margin. What's going on? Is that state going to melt away like Texas and Florida did?

For Pennsylvania

Trump currently has 2,954,221 votes.
Biden currently has 2,282,671 votes.

There are 1,841,305 ballots remaining. For Biden to win PA, he will have to win about 68.3% of those. Is there a shot of that happening?
