Herring wins by 866 votes out of 2 million!

Virginia recount - Day 3: Herring's Lead now at 810 votes with less than 120 votes challenged.
73% of the recount is complete and the recount has to be complete by midnight tonight.

The Virginia recount is now in day two. After the first day, Herring (D) gained 91 votes
giving him a 256 vote lead out of 2 million votes cast.
Fairfax County is being counted first due to its size.
