Unsealing Sealed Indictments - What Is The Process?......
I read somewhere else here on DU that there are a number of sealed indictments from Mueller's investigation.
What is the process for unsealing these indictments?
Does it happen at the end of Mueller's investigation as he turns in his report? Does it have to happen before his report is filed? Does he have to bring in those individuals that were a party to the sealed indictments for questioning? Does he have to charge them with crimes and see them through the courts - like Cohen, Manafort, etc?

Indicting Trump To Impede His Pardoning Powers.....
I know I keep hearing that one can't indict a sitting president.
However, I really don't know if this has been tested to the extent that it should be - given that in fact we know that Trump is Individual 1 in the Cohen 'hush money' case.
Right now doesn't that make Trump an un-indicted co-conspirator? To me - that in itself should be enough to block Trump from using his pardoning power.
What if we had some additional insurance to block him?
So I'm thinking that - what if - before Trump has a chance to pardon Manafort - Mueller indicts Trump. Knowing full well that such an indictment would be challenged by the WH - it still calls up the issue of whether Trump can use his pardoning power here if he's under indictment. It just further complicates the issue and probably would go all the way to SCOTUS to settle or straighten this whole thing out. In the meantime, until the issue is decided - Trump can't pardon anyone.
It just seems to me that this might put up - at least till the issue is settled (issue: can't indict a sitting president) - some roadblocks to Trump pardoning Manafort.
At least if Trump tries to pardon Manafort - once he is under indictment and until the issue is settled - there is a legitimate reason to prevent such a pardon(s).

Where Exactly Is The 'Collusion' Case Against Manafort?....
Trump and Manafort's lawyers claim 'no collusion' on both last weeks sentencing and today's sentencing.
As far as I know the issue of collusion has not come up in either of these cases.
So is Manafort still on the hook for 'collusion' by Mueller? Is it possible that there will be another indictment of Manafort by Mueller for 'collusion' or some funny stuff with Russia?
Given all of Manafort's ties with Russians and Ukrainians - I can't believe that he will skate on the 'collusion' issue.
What could happen yet with respect to Manafort and 'collusion'?
It's Interesting To Note That This Impeachment Issue....
has Trump sitting back and laughing. Think about it - the question as to whether or not Trump should be impeached is dividing the Dem Party. Trump doesn't even have to do anything (just be his criminal self) and he's got the Dem Party tied up in knots and going at each other. Ironic - isn't it?
