Both involved men allegedly targeting their estranged wives as the women attempted to move on.

On Sunday, 27-year-old Meredith Hight invited a group of friends over to her house in Plano, Texas, to watch football and grill. A few months earlier, she had filed for divorce from her husband, and she was looking forward to new beginnings.

According to the Plano Police Department, Hight’s estranged husband, Spencer Hight, opened fire on Hight and her friends around 8 p.m. When officers arrived at the residence after reports of gunshots, they found seven people fatally shot and two others injured. One person died later in the hospital.

In May, Sheena Godbolt was at her mother’s house in rural Mississippi, also having a cookout and enjoying time with her family. She had left her husband, Willie Cory Godbolt, a few weeks earlier. He showed up at the house, and allegedly opened fire, killing her mother, her older sister and aunt, and a deputy who responded to the scene. He then drove to two other houses where he allegedly killed other members of his wife’s family. By the end of the night, eight people were dead. He is currently awaiting trial.

I have entered the Terms Bernie Sanders, BERNIE SANDERS and other variations in the Trash function. However, I continue to get posts the Video and Multimedia Forum. Is there a way to shut these off as well?

This is a great autobiography of Bill Browder the CEO of Hermitage Capital, a hedge fund doing Billions of dollars in business in Yeltsin's Russia. It details how Browder built up the company and how Putin's Kleptocracy tore it down. I was surprised at how well written it was- like a La Carre spy novel only non-fiction. This story needs to be widespread knowledge. BTW, I have no financial interest in this book. It is just facts about today's Russia that needs to get out there.

While the story of Russia's continuing corruption and lack of civil rights and human dignity is incredible to learn about, the most unbelievable part of the story for me is how Russia transitioned from communism to oligarchy by cheating it's own citizens. The former communist leaders literally stole half the wealth of the country, and clearly will do anything to protect themselves. This is the first book I've read that sheds light on this story. How can the Russian people continue to put up with leadership that steals, imprisons and tortures them without a semblance justice?

What to do with all the Green Beans?

Bushes keep on producing and don't show signs of letting up. Have green, yellow and purple mix of beans that look beautiful until cooked. After cooking I just have green and yellow beans. I used this recipe: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tyler-florence/green-beans-with-fresh-herbs-and-walnuts-recipe-1957604

Anyone have any other good recipes? Also what spices go with green beans? Sis tells me rosemary traditionally goes with green beans but I'm not sure. May try canning some.
