Incredible to think there is a category 5 hurricane less than 200 miles east of me, and the threat from #Dorian is judged to be low enough that there’s no warning in place for #Miami. We live in amazing scientific times!

National Hurricane Center has just announced #Dorian has intensified into a Category-5 Major Hurricane with sustained winds of 160mph and a central low pressure of 927mb.
