I think I know why Ted Cruz screwed Trump

His campaign manager Jeff Roe.

Jeff Roe was the engine behind Ted Cruz campaign and was with him in Cleveland. Jeff Roe is more ruthless than Karl Rove and acts with vengeance. He was involved in many political dirty tricks in Missouri where he built his skills.

Jeff Roe was probably as pissued off at Trump as Cruz and he wanted revenge.

What better revenge than to stick it to Trump on the National stage at his own party?

Jeff Roe will be back and will be playing dirty trick as always, he is young and will be even dirtier than Rove.

That is my take having known Jeff Roe for longer than I would like.

Analysis: The Republican convention as reality TV. Not in a good way

CLEVELAND — Perhaps it shouldn't be a surprise that the Republican National Convention nominating Donald Trump for president would turn out to be less like the traditional glowing infomercial and more like a reality TV show. And not in a good way.

Instead of projecting party unity and reaching out to the undecided voters who will decide the winner in November, the conclave that launched the general election for the GOP has spotlighted splits and stumbles, chaos and conspiracies — a narrative that might be good for attracting ratings but bad for reassuring voters. A series of missteps left it to Trump himself to regain a sense of energy and momentum with a high-stakes, prime-time acceptance speech Thursday night.

In a final indignity, a Democratic super PAC called Correct the Record somehow obtained a draft of Trump's speech and blasted it out to reporters nearly four hours before he was to deliver it. The group's president, Brad Woodhouse, crowed on Twitter that the leak amounted to political "malpractice" by the Trump campaign.

Ivanka Trump Being Sued For Stealing Shoe Designs – See The Side By Side Comparisons

Melania Trump isn’t the only one in her family being accused of stealing ideas from other people, i.e. her speech which turned out to be extremely similar to Michelle Obama’s own speech at the DNC from 2008.

Ivanka Trump is now being accused of copying shoe designs from luxury footwear label Aquazzura, and they’re filing a trademark lawsuit against her for it. They claim she is guilty of “repeated infringement” and “deceptive trade practices.” Several of their top designs were copied, they claim.

So far each night of the circus (RNC), the intended message was overshadowed by controversy

What will overshadow tonight's coronation of Don the Con?

Any predictions?

Violence in the streets?
Violence in the arena?
Mass exodus of delegates?

So far the RNC has not failed to disappoint with Chaos.

China upset by U.S. Republican platform on South China Sea, Tibet

China's Foreign Ministry on Thursday urged the U.S. Republican Party to stop making "groundless accusations" against China in its party platform, which says China practices cultural genocide in Tibet and has ludicrous claims in the South China Sea.

China's government has generally avoided making direct comments about the election, wary of being seen to interfere, though in April Chinese Finance Minister Lou Jiwei called Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump an "irrational type" due to his tariffs proposal on imported Chinese goods.

In an English-language statement issued via the official Xinhua news agency on Thursday, the ministry said the Republican platform contained "accusations about China on issues related to Taiwan, Tibet, trade and the South China Sea" and are an interference in China's internal affairs.

"All political parties in the United States should view China's development in an objective and rational manner and correctly understand the issues that emerge in bilateral ties," the ministry said.

"We hope relevant parties stop their groundless accusations against China and interference in China's domestic affairs and contribute more to bilateral trust and cooperation," it added.

The platform, adopted on Monday, says China has been asserting "preposterous" claims to the South China Sea to distract its people from economic problems, practices "cultural genocide" in Tibet and Xinjiang, and reaffirms a commitment to sell weapons to self-ruled Taiwan.
