Can someone tell me how I access Google app on my iphone?

Whenever I wish to check something on Google, it wants to ensure it's me. I get this once I enter my gmail pw:
----------------------------------------------------

Verify it’s you
To help keep your account safe, Google wants to make sure it’s really you

[email protected]
62
Open the Google app on iPhone
Google sent a notification to your iPhone. Open the Google app, tap Yes on the prompt, then tap 62 on your phone to verify it’s you.

I don't know how to access the Google app-- I'm sure it's simple as can be, but I can't figure out to do it.

Can anyone enlighten me??

Thanks in advance.

I'm in a mess that wasn't really my fault!!

I had hardly driven my car for about two years (covid-- we were told to stay at home). In January I went in to have it smogged, I was told there wasn't enough mileage on it and they were unable to smog it. The guy said to put mileage on it as many miles as possible, then bring it back. I put as much mileage on it as possible. For a total of three times now, I've brought it back and it's still the same story-- it needs more miles. I paid my registration fee well before the deadline, but I'm at a loss as to what to do. Someone told me I wouldn't be able to drive it anymore-- not if I can't get my car smogged. So I have just begun a new job and things would be great if only I could take care of this problem.

Damn the covid.

Any ideas??

Thanks in advance.

My cat refuses to let me trim her nails

And it's really gotten to the point where it's critical I do. She keeps getting them caught everywhere but when she sees me approach her, somehow she manages to unhook her nail and run like hell. I could take her to the vet but, not surprisingly, she hates being put in a carrier. Besides, I need to be able to trim her nails myself.

Also, she used to be a feral kitty (which may have a lot to do with her freaked-out behavior).

There are these little contraptions sold on Amazon wherein she'd be buckled in and allowed to hang by a doorknob. Somehow, I don't think it will work in her case.
