Lamar Johnson: Innocent man served 28 years now free

I just stumbled upon this and I wanted to share it. I was so glad to hear this innocent man was freed, but I was *infuriated* to also learn that, apparently, Lamar Johnson received NO compensation for being wrongfully accused.

While no amount of money can compensate him for his 28-year-long nightmare, at least it could have assured him he’d have no money worries. So glad he’s free but so disgusted that the morons who wrongfully convicted him are enjoying impunity.
The irony.

(Comcast will be working in my neighborhood this coming Monday. The following is what they texted)

"During this time, all internet-connected devices and services will be down, so you may need to plan for alternate accommodations if you work, learn or game from home. We know this can be frustrating and ask you provide us with your mobile number so we can keep you informed during this time."

Does this mean I can't use my cell phone on Monday? I have an appt Monday that requires my cell phone.

(Naturally it is practically impossible to contact Comcast, hence my question here.)
