I've been a female working a "man's job" (mechanical engineer), stay at home Mom (6 kids), working Mom (6 kids to put through college), unemployed, underemployed, temporarily employed and now working from home! We live on an old, small farm with 2 dogs and 2 cats in the house, variable number of chickens out in the yard.

If somone donates part of a liver for transplant, do they

receive a medical bill? If so, is this covered by insurance?

I'm new to this - I've lost (am losing?) my ability to hear highfrequency due to chemo treatment.

I'm going to wait until the chemo is finished to buy some hearing aids becuase I'm uncertain how much worse this will get.

To show how new I am at this - I spent five minutes trying to figure out why the little bells hanging over the front door weren't making any sounds.

Why do we assume that big money control who wins an election?

After a certain point, there are no more commercials to buy. My guess is that people toss most brochures received in the mail.

Chemo brain wierdness - I have a lot of trouble typing these days,

Fairy tulip - my mother used to like what she called "fairy tulips"

I think she was speaking of lily flowered tulips, but now I am wondering if she meant the tulips with a fringed edge to the petals.

When you were diagnosed, did you start eating organic vegetables, exercising

regularly, avoiding red meat and gluten; or did you say to hell with it and go eat a juicy hamburger?

AS for me, broccoli will never again cross these lips!
