Why I need to find my crockpot...
Found a chicken on sale for 90 cents a pound. Usually I get rotisserie chickens for that price, and after stripping the meat off for chicken sandwiches and, soups, I toss the skin an bones into a stockpot.
So I threw the raw chicken into the pot and went into the living room to read.
When the smoke alarm woke me up, there was burned mess in the bottom of the pot and the chicken was overcooked.
Overcooked chicken will stil go into soup, but is there any way of salvaging the mess on the bottom of the pot?
So I turn on my phone, and some app I didn't even know I had starts feeding me...
