Congress may try to fake some respectability by blocking one of Trump's cabinet picks
If he picks Palin for Dept of Vets Affairs or Sheriff Uncle Ruckus for Homeland Security, those would be the most likely stances.
If those are the picks and they both get through, not only will Congress have lost all credibility (including the fake kind), but those departments will be scandalized for as long as Trump's in office.
My bet is that Congress will be too spineless to block either of them. Which means that the game will be on.

My faith is faltering now.
We're about to enter some really harmful times as a nation and we only have ourselves to blame.
The saddest part is that, by looking at the popular vote, most of us knew better but were unable to stop it from happening.
We're now about to fall hard because we've all never realized what our true potential is. False narratives abound and will lead to harsh times at the expense of the many, in order to benefit the few.
After we fall, perhaps we will find a way to pick ourselves up. But that will require some faith. I just don't see it happening anytime soon.

Trump surrogates want Americans to believe their eyes and ears are lying to them. I’ve been documenting the Trump Effect for a while now. A DailyKos reader alerted me to this incident along with the actual police report. It only got coverage in a small Gainesville, Florida news outlet, Gainsville.com.
We must inform America about all of these incidents that have the one common thread, the vile hate cauterized by the Donald Trump campaign, the Trump Effect. Of course, Donald Trump’s appointment of a white supremacist does little to assuage his vapid followers and to quell the fear of all ‘the others’ he spent months vilifying.

I just went five minutes glossing over the latest RWNJ anti-Clinton conspiracy theory, which sounds like a jumbled collection of 4chan memes on acid.
Gawd help these fools.
The mere fact that the conspiracy is completely baseless and that no one will ever go to jail over theses fantasies, it'll do nothing except drive them further up the wall.
There's no redeeming these morons whatsoever.
