Trump stinks to the level of bags of cash on Agnew's desk

Didn't think #PresidentTweety could get there, but blackmailing journalists HAS to be against the First Amendment. Anyone remember Spiro T Agnew? Just barely, right? He went quietly when he phucked up big enough, and I think Trump has finally passed Agnew on the way down.

I'd include the original link to the Washington Post article, but it's paywalled, so that's just a video version. It's not so strong, and after I saw it I didn't realize the full implications, but think about it for a few minutes. There are MULTIPLE witnesses. Joe is able to name names, but I hope he doesn't name them in public. Leave them wondering who is going to sing first.

Trump is impeachable. NOW. As in RIGHT NOW.

What does the GOP have on me?

An open letter about my personal data. To WHO?

Recently it was revealed that the so-called Republican Party has a comprehensive dossier on hundreds of millions of American voters. It was only revealed because a subcontractor left the database exposed on the Internet. Apparently this was an accident?

I want to know exactly WHAT data the GOP has collected about me. I want to know exactly HOW that data has been used to manipulate me and control me. That's because I want to be free.

I also want to know if my personal data collected by the GOP has been shared with other organizations, including corporations and especially if it's been shared with anyone associated with Vladimir Putin. Even worse, I think ALL of my personal data should belong to me and I have a right to know EVERYONE who has ANY of it.

I would like to compare that data with any of my personal data that is held by the Democratic Party, though that's just for reference. The Democrats have abundantly proven that they are completely harmless, regardless of whatever personal data they have collected.

Who should I ask? Obviously the so-called Republicans would never tell me the truth. Today's GOP is just a gang of pathological liars led by the greatest liar and biggest hypocrite of them all, #PresidentTweety. They mumble a lot about respecting the Constitution and loving the country, but the GOP politicians have proven that they only love three things: Party politics, private profits, and personal power.

Now for the punchline. It doesn't matter. Too many voters could not care less. Being free is rather hard work. Much easier to do what they are told, and if the GOP abuses their personal information to manipulate them, those voters could not care less. Following orders is much easier than freedom.

About shanen

Feeling kind of old these days, but still reading lots of books. These days it seems like you have to divide books into BT and PU, as in Before Trump and Post Unimaginable. Interesting BT example this week: A 2012 book called "Super Mario" about Nintendo, but on page 154 the author makes a joke about "odder than Bowser's Donald Trump ambitions." I'm sure it seemed funny at the time, but I'm not laughing much in these PU days. And no, I don't play computer games these years and I've never owned a Nintendo nor even played any of the Mario games, but it just shows how thoroughly #Brokeahontas had invaded our entire society that he appeared in so many books even when he was just a punchline that no one could take seriously.
