Why Biden will choose Susan Rice as VP?
Because she has experience in the Obama Administration. She was the National Security Adviser and knows foreign policy like the back of her hand. She is not afraid of Putin.
Also, she is a safe pick for the establishment Democrats advising Biden, in case someone has to take over for Biden before his term is complete. That is something they have to consider.
Susan Rice is the logical choice, in my opinion.
However...
However, Kamala Harris is relentless when she goes on the attack. She could take over the Presidency, if required, just as all the other possible nominees. Kamala would be the second choice in my opinion.

Trump corrects himself about the new fence around the White House
He was explaining that the person was shot outside the wall...the new fencing outside the White House. He called it a "wall" and corrected it to "fence".
revolution #1
If there is no order in the streets, there is no freedom or democracy.
We cannot operate as a society with violence in the streets.
Whatever grievances or injustices we are seeing, or have experienced, must be resolved in a different way.
We cannot bury our heads in the sand or make excuses.
The choice is ours.

"No one has been tougher on Russia than me". Donald J Trump
What a crock of bullshit!
Anybody that believes that is a friggin' idiot!
Be Prepared.
Do not assume that the Postal Service will be "working" on election day.
If not, there should be a back-up plan.
In my opinion, the states and counties should be preparing the precincts to vote in person. It is not a choice some people may wish to make?
But, to be prepared to save the country and the democracy, it is something that may have to be done.
If so, everyone should have a mask, keep the social distance, and carry hand sanitizer on election day. If we must stand in line, then so be it.
Just my opinion.
