The disclaimer

I think there is a need for poor people, people who are unemployed\disabled to have assistance.. BUT there are a lot of people who take advantage of the system and I am against that.

Why do "supportive statements" so often end with that disclaimer?
What drives people to feel obligated to add that some of "those people" are screwing the government and taxpayers over?

My dealing with a corporation that developed a medical advice has been very positive.
I have a Vagal Nerve Stimulator. I have to have the battery replaced surgically. Originally, it was scheduled for late Nov.
So, I got a call from cyberonics (a woman who identified herself as a "case manager" to ask me some general questions. She asked when my surgery was, and when she discovered I wasn't happy with the date, she called the surgeon to see if they could get me in sooner.
They did. It's Oct 9.

Suppose drug companies had such a system? Jobs for unemployed social scientists. And, improved healthcare as people could report efficacy and side effects. In some cases, adjustments could be made without a dr. visit.

Obama beats Reagan and both Bushes in this academic ranking 15th out of 44 isn't too bad. Just wait til he's finished!

It's a good ranking system that uses six attributes. I noticed that W ranks lower than traitor, John Tyler.
