According to Politico:
Just hours after Joe Biden surged to the top of the Democratic presidential pack, Senate Republicans announced a new phase of their investigation targeting the former vice president and his son Hunter.
Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) told reporters on Wednesday that he is likely to release an interim report within one to two months on his panel’s probe of Hunter Biden’s ties to a Ukrainian gas company, Burisma. “These are questions that Joe Biden has not adequately answered,” Johnson said. “And if I were a Democrat primary voter, I’d want these questions satisfactorily answered before I cast my final vote.” Guess the Trumpers are running scared. GOOD!!! ![]()

2. I thought Giuliani already had the goods on the Biden's. Yeah right. If they really
wanted Bernie to be the nominee and had anything, they would have used it.

3. I think it's too late for this to have an impact
Because it came out through the impeachment hearings, it's not a big scandalous surprise any more. These hearings will likely be akin to Trey Gowdy's Bengazi BS. Nothingbergers.

7. This is "Butter Emails" and "Benghazi!" all over again. :) nt
I'm guessing the Republicans will need nine investigations again to figure out that Joe and Hunter have done nothing wrong.

8. All roads lead back to Trump's impeachment.
This is the problem they have with this particular issue they did not have with Hillary's emails. Trump is a major player in the Ukraine shit. He was not with Hillary's emails.

‘He’s in Deeper Water Than Most’: G.O.P. Senator at Center of Impeachment Inquiry Senator Ron Johnson, a longtime Ukraine defender, is emerging as one of President Trump’s most vocal congressional allies. ![]() primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden |

10. But, but...Barr said no investigations before the election, or did that only mean Democratic-led?
Maybe Johnson won't have to go through Barr, since he's a Repuke. They are just going to embarrass themselves.

Biden's experience + Bloomberg's money + Bernie's passion + Buttigieg's intelligence + Warren's conviction + Klobuchar's humor = Democratic blowout in November

14. Republicans are most definitely world-class assholes...
but you gotta admit they have a lot of good ideas and solutions to our everyday problems...
"Afraid of dying from the coronavirus? Have a tax cut!" "Your favorite football team just lost the Super Bowl? Have a tax cut!" "Can't get a date or get laid? Have a tax cut!" "Just found out you have an inoperable brain tumor? Have a tax cut!" "Had to put an old beloved pet to sleep recently? Have a tax cut!" "Just lost a young child or an elderly parent? Have a tax cut!" These are just a few examples...they have lots more ideas so please don't sell them short. ![]() primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden |

19. I figure Joe's pretty much immune to Burisma by now
but with no vaccine against coronavirus I seriously doubt Americans will have much patience for neverending GOP Ukraine witchhunts while 100s or maybe 1000s of our fellow citizens are dying from a "hoax".
