Superdelegates donating to Republicans.

https://www.democracynow.org/2020/2/28/headlines/democratic_superdelegates_overwhelmingly_oppose_bernie_sanders_campaign

Many of the superdelegates are corporate lobbyists with healthcare clients opposing Sanders’s Medicare for All legislation. The Intercept’s Lee Fang reports one of them, Democratic National Committee member William Owen, donated exclusively to Republican Senate candidates during the last election cycle — including an $8,500 contribution to a joint fundraising committee designed to benefit Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. Owen is backing former Vice President Joe Biden for the Democratic nomination in 2020.

How are people that are lobbyists donating money to people like Moscow Mitch allowed to be Democratic Super delegates? This is why Bernie attacks the establishment. This is horrible.

"They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people."

"Many of the superdelegates are corporate lobbyists with healthcare clients opposing Sanders’s Medicare for All legislation". The Intercept found one. How "many" more are there? Crickets. But some of them, I assume, are good people, right?

Perhaps the problem with Bernie attacking the superdelegates has nothing to do with their support of Moscow Mitch. Perhaps, quoting from your source, it is this: "Of 93 superdelegates surveyed by the Times, nearly all said they would vote against Sanders in a brokered convention, if Sanders were to arrive with a plurality — and not a majority — of pledged delegates."

A reminder: all superdelegates are Democrats, nearly all are public servants, and most are elected representatives of the people, on one capacity or another. Yet Bernie disrespects them at every opportunity. A great way to get them on his side.

I'm fine with Democratic elected officials

But, honestly, giving that status to corporate Lobbyists is a bridge too far, suggests that we are a party that puts corporations over people.

I hope that isn't true, but it does give that impression.

ETA: A search and look at several sources (google) indicate that in 2016, about 1 in 10 Superdelegates were corporate lobbyists.

Provide the sources you are alluding to. Then compare the number of superdelegates who are corporate lobbyists to the number of pledged delegates who are corporate lobbyists.

If there is a meaningful difference in the results, you have a point. If not, the problem may not be with superdelegates but elsewhere.

I know it's a lot of work, but otherwise it is just hearsay.

BTW, in a peculiar and perverse way, corporate lobbyists ARE public servants. It's in the First Amendment of the Constitution: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

a major focus of the general election would become defining Democratic Socialism - or helping the nominee define his avowed Democratic Socialism.

Like buying a ticket to party leadership decisions. If you invest in a party, you have say in it and can even run on it's ticket, no matter how many right wing ideas or politicians you support, that is a seperate issue (and seperate ticket purchase for say in another party), It is just simple 'capital politics'.
