(50,932 posts)That's not mocking. That's stating the obvious.
Or is it not obvious to you? In your world is it a mark of a well-adjusted family to have a father and son OD on heroin together?

(13,867 posts)Do you have to think about it to choose between:
Blatant racism and racial insensitivity?
Stupidity and intelligence?
Gross incompetence and considerable experience?
Bloomberg would fall somewhere between Hillary and Trump, but would be 100% improvement on Trump.

(53,984 posts)Of course you can't really "get money out of the process", but it's not gonna be a fair vetting of who our national leader should be if one candidate gets treated differently because he has such overwhelming financial resources that he, as one citizen, can manipulate the system and demand favorable treatment.

Why would he lie about his willingness to support the eventual candidate, when lying would turn away the very people who help him with his lifelong pet projects?

(53,984 posts)No, let's keep one thing clear. Short of someone reanimating Nathan Bedford Forrest, no one is worse than Trump.
Bloomberg is a dilletante and an arrogant billionaire, but he's not a traitor and he believes in science
