1. Great for Warren and Bernie (and maybe Biden). Terrible for Bloomberg.

6. I think more people tuned in because

they wanted to see what Bloomberg would say, and if he would be the punching bag.

Also, it makes a difference if it is on network TV. Many people have gotten rid of cable.

11. And Senator Warren warned Mayor Bloomberg on Twitter

That may have helped draw an audience

He was warned. He still did not come prepared.

3. Awesome! This is exactly what needed to happen to bolster Warren.

Senator Warren rose to the occasion last night knowing full well that was a huge TV audience who wanted to see the new kid on the block Bloomberg. I hope this foreshadows good things for her and for us who support her 100%.

To know how many republicans watched and what they thought. Mind you, idgaf, but still, with that many viewers, you can’t help but wonder.

It was more a brawl than a debate. I blame the moderators, the audience and most of the candidates.

Anyone who tuned in saw Senator Elizabeth Warren dismantle Mayor Bloomberg's attempts to whitewash his record and he is a self-made billionaire

Now.... imagine what Senator Warren can do when this president, a serial bankrupt and inveterate liar, attempts alternative facts.

That is what America tuned in to see.

It was good for Sanders because if he's the nominee, then trump is going to be similar to Bloomberg.

I thought Elizabeth Warren in particular looked better than she has in months. She needed to infuse some energy into her campaign and I think she did just that.

Bernie and Joe, while not at their very best, also looked sharp.

The only one who looked and sounded awful was Bloomberg. Whether or not one thought he was at his best depends entirely on how willing they are to dismiss his documented history of racism and sexism.

There's Liz, Joe, Bernie and Amy.

And then there's the person who supported George W. Bush for President and presided over twelve years of systematic civil rights abuses against POC.

Oh, and there's Tom Steyer too. He's kinda like the Zeppo Marx of the group: physically present but largely overlooked and easily forgotten.
