Watching Mayor Pete at town hall
What an impressive guy. His youth, his experience as a combat vet and ability to articulate issues is just extraordinary. The contrast of him on stage debating Trump would be a site to behold.

3. I think he reads and speaks 7 languages. If he doesn't already speak moron, he
could learn it pretty quickly, although it is probably fairly complex given that words and syntax change constantly -- it is mostly the grunts and facial expressions/twitches -- that really carry the meaning, people tell me.

10. He actually seems to relate to people and them to him without a lot of effort.
So I don't see an obstacle there.

4. He reminds me of then candidate Obama in 2008.
That statesman-like quality. Thoughtful, methodical, and logical delivery of answers to questions. That mix of intelligence and relatable empathy. Exact polar opposite of Trump.

7. Very good performance
He is just on another level compared to the others. It’s why I started to support him. He is special
I did think Bernie did a good job but he never really answers the questions. Kind of gets lost in his answers. But when he talked about growing up poor kind of got to me. ![]() primary today, I would vote for: Undecided |

8. I've been on Pete's bandwagon for quite some time.
I'm delighted and not surprised to see him do well.
I liked Bernie in 2016. Still do. Just not my favorite this year. I like Elizabeth and Amy. I've always liked Joe Biden. Always. Trump's and the GOP's hatchet job on Joe appears to have significantly hurt his candidacy. That is going to bother me for a long time. It's hard for me to be too delighted with what Pete has done when Trump's corrupt fingers are all over messing with these results. ![]() primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden |

11. He projects a basic decency that is very refreshing
and the nerd in me is impressed he learned Norwegian in order to read a book in its original language (and because it hadn't et been translated into English).
I'm not a big backer because he lacks federal experience and I know how he is going to be fought tooth and nail by the megachurch Christians in the GOP. I really don't want him to have to face that until he gets a little Washington experience and toughens up some more. ![]() primary today, I would vote for: Undecided |
