could answer "Who is Chuck Schumer?"
So there's the answer: Massive exposure combined with massive indifference and ignorance. ![]() primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden |

3. What is even more interesting is that Warren ranks in the top 10 of the most unpopular.
Of the senators running, Bernie and Amy rank in the top 10 favorable with Bernie as #1.

25. Bernie as #1 comes as no surprise given his rep as the top fighter for workin class people...
I AM, however, surprised that Elizabeth ranks where she does in popularity... she's MY #2 and, hopefully, once she and Bernie settle their minor tiff, maybe Elizabeth will move up on the list.

but why spending all this money when he knows he's going to stay a Senator? And good to see he's going to run as an indie rather than latching onto the Dem ticket yet again.

9. Oh, and please note that Warren has an approval rating of 50%, nearly as high as the last senators
in the top 10 MOST popular.
She has a high disapproval rating because she's running against Trump and has a chance of beating him. ![]() primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden |

She is underwater with independents at -9 where Sanders is +32 with independants.

26. THAT'S BECAUSE BERNIE IS A DEMOCRAT'S DEMOCRAT...
people know that they can count by on Bernie voting with fellow Democrats more than the average Democrat votes the Democratic line. You could even give Bernie his own designation by calling him a "SUPER DEMOCRAT"!!!
But, what most people love about Bernie is that he goes beyond political labels. Bernie is BERNIE and will ALWAYS be who he is, Bernie... and THAT'S what We The People absolutely LOVE about him and why Bernie's SO DAMN POPULAR!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bernie/Elizabeth or Elizabeth/Bernie 2020!! ![]() Either way, they're stronger together & can't be bought!! 27. So true...its POPULARITY that's determined by LEADERSHIP! Bernie's rep for shinin the light of truth
that has shown Democrats the way forward, as He fights for a progressive agenda is PRECISELY the kind of leadership the working class in this country have hungered for and why Bernie is SO DAMN POPULAR!!
Thank you for helping to make that point clear brooklynite. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bernie/Elizabeth or Elizabeth/Bernie 2020!! ![]() Either way, they're stronger together & can't be bought!! 23. So Bernie is popular in VT. So what?
You do realize that this poll is only for their own Senators? This means that Bernie's approval is only based on VT residents. Why are you suggesting that this somehow relates to his popularity overall?

That's like saying that Nurse Jackie makes the best chocolate fudge on the block. While it's true... it certainly doesn't mean that I'd win a national fudge-making contest. It just means that in this extra-small and insignificant sampling (my immediate neighborhood) I happen to do well. On a larger scale, I would not be surprised to learn that others are actually better than me.![]() primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden |

30. when you have been saying the same thing longer than many have been alive, it matters
No can explain if why if Sanders was so sexist when ti came to Warren why he would have wanted her to run for President in 2016.
No one can explain if Sanders really thought a woman could not be President, he would have made it a point to say the exact opposite for over 30 years. No one was making Sanders say a woman could be President in 1988. Used to be a thing called the Magic Bullet Theory. Not, it had nothing to do with JFK. It was the idea that the media could form opinions. When tested researchers found what really happened is the media could influence the formation of new opinions, it could reinforce existing ones, it made people think about whatever the subject is. But it couldn't' make people form specific opinions whole cloth, especially if other information was available. I think the anti-Sanders crowd didn't understand that. Every time they have tried pushing the "Sanders is sexist" trope, it only convinces those who already don't like Sanders. Everyone else looks at Sanders and thinks That not what a guy who hates women sounds like. That is not what a misogynist does" Truth always outs, as they say. ![]() primary today, I would vote for: Undecided |
