Loudspeaker outside his house playing her nasally, grating, whiny voice till he either gives the gun up or commits suicide. My bet is within 15 minutes he is begging for mercy.

Booker says we don't machine guns on the streets, but we do.
Anyone who isn't prohibited can own a machine if they complete the NFA approval process. We never confiscated or forced buybacks of legally owned machine guns. We did stop the availability of new machine guns into the market after 1986, but that only increased the price of existing machine guns. Anyone who is eligible can purchase a machine gun --- all they need is enough cash.
We never hear about legal machine guns in crimes because 1934 NFA worked and we don't need to confiscate semi-auto rifles.
