Sanders campaign to launch own 'newsletter with scoops'

(snip)

Sanders doubled down on his media criticism in an email to supporters Wednesday, discussing the “corporate media’s dislike of our campaign."

“It is no shock to me that the big networks and news organizations, which are owned and controlled by a handful or large corporations, either barely discuss our campaign or write us off when they do,” he said in the email.

(snip)

Sanders said a recent wave of mergers and takeovers meant that "only a few large corporations like Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, Fox, Disney, Viacom, and CBS control the vast majority of what we see, hear, and read."

"This is outrageous, and a real threat to our democracy," he wrote. "Because in case you haven’t heard, these corporations have an agenda that serves their bottom line."

If "setting the frame" means, "reporting what he said", I'm good with that.

some in the corporate media conglomerates were being deliberately obtuse to confuse or mislead their viewers and/or readers.

Bernie has never stated that Bezos made phone calls in the first place. he has made implications regarding WAPO's conflict of interest of which few in the corporate media have the guts to even acknowledge because it opens the door to their own inherent financial conflicts of interest.

Good thing I'm objective. I'll NEVER not like Bernie Sanders - regardless of "this or that".

"This or that" is minor bullshit. Come down to it he is still one of the good ones. I think people forget that.

There was a lot of talk about unity a few months back, I hope that becomes a thing again.

Btw, if Biden is the nominee I'm 100% in. I'll fire myself up by rewatching his debate with Paul Ryan. A thing of beauty.
