I'm warming up to Beto

I'm not there yet but the man has a certain joie de vivre which is uplifting in the darkness of the Trump error.

1. at this point watching how middle America responds to him means a lot.

So many small town voters seem put off by intellect. It is not considered "relatable enough". So sad to see us prioritize the perception based on 5v appearances.we seem to lack basic judgement and common sense.

2. Saying no to cr@p policy is smart policy

Medicare for all as currently propounded is and was a dog whistle. It's a rebuke of the ACA and frankly I think a tiny bit less of my own Senator for going along with it. If Beto said no it's to his credit.

3. Yes, Beto would make a good Vice President.

Joe Biden would be lucky to have him on the ticket.

4. He can penetrate red territory

5. I like Beto. He is my second choice. I am of the opinion that unless we run a moderate we

will lose, and it pains me to say this.

6. Like Kamala Harris, I'd be fine with him a VP candidate.

Not really sure I'd want either of them at the top of the ticket, though.
