That shows maturity, growth and integrity.

No one is perfect and anyone who is defensive and reactionary when criticized, whether fairly or not, is going to lose to Trump simply because he is a narcissist. The only way to beat a narcissist is to choke off his supply, deprive them of your attention and setting your OWN narrative instead of falling for his distractions.

used strategically by those who release it at opportune moments. That's one of the unfortunate things about election campaigns. You can always count on the worst dirt on a candidate to be released just when it will have the maximum effect.
