It's hard to believe that any Democrat would cozy up to the NRA or think they're not the enemy

like Gillibrand did when she ran for her House seat in NYS a bunch of years ago when she got in bed with the NRA to get elected in a reddish area of NYS and like Biden did last night when he said the NRA is not the enemy. WTF? Not that I would ever put Biden in the same category as Gillibrand, but overall, it was a very rough night for those two.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

1. His lame excuse why he didn't vote for busing...because it was a local decision?
2. His "negotiating skills" with "Mitch" which as Barnett pointed out, was a gift for republicans and a disaster of a deal for everyone else.
3. Did not understand what Swalwell meant by "passing the torch", if it was valid for a young Biden it should be valid for an old Biden.
4. And of course the BIG one...His defense of the NRA...
5. His pretending that he DID raise his hand in Universal Healthcare when he was the only one who did not.

Biden needs to go home, write his memoirs, tour the country with his book and spend more time with his family, pass the torch.

A lot of folks lose sight of this. The industry itself intends to boost its profits by selling as much product as possible, and will do everything within its power to oppose common sense gun safety while stirring up fear and paranoia. The NRA is their mouthpiece, but indeed it serves a higher master.
