Anybody know what Joe Biden meant when he talked about rotating....

....Supreme Court Justices on and off the court. I think he said we could do this rather than trying to pack the court.

...to other federal courts, hence one could rotate judges among the courts without compromising anyone's life tenure.

Ironically, whether that is indeed constitutional would probably have to be decided by the supreme court.

And that maybe one of the few things I agree with him.

We have to read between the lines with Biden and his "I can get the repubs to work with me" fantasy. I am glad the Governor of Colorado, Michael Bennet, cleared his "working with McConnell", which was a terrible deal for Democrats and a great deal for repubs, that is why McConnell accepted, and unfortunately, Biden will do stupid things like that just so that he can claim he brought the repubs to the negotiating table.

Another thing with Biden when asked about Universal Healthcare, he was the only one who did not raise his hand, then pretended he did, and suddenly repeated what Buttigieg had said...That, is playing politics and not meaning one single word, saying what he now understands is popular.

I was very surprised by Marianne Williamson, the author, I didn't know who she was, but she spoke very well, her message was clear and on point, no bullshit at all, just her closing was very weak, kind of hippie and unrealistic, but otherwise she was very good.

Buttigieg as always, very eloquent, to the point, and very good. He also manned-up to the fact that he took responsibility for the police issue he is dealing with, he did not try to excuse himself, and accepted the fact that the buck stops with him.

Harris was very good, and I am glad she told Biden about his voting about busing...for Biden to claim he voted against it because it should be a Federal vote and not a Local vote was, to say the least, lame. You start Local then move up, he just cannot get to admit he simply did not agree with it. I think he believes, in hisheart, that he can work with repubs because he has caved too many times to them so he walks out of those votes thinking he was succesful when in fact he made a terrible choice.

Sanders also did very well, he just did not answer every question he was asked.

Eric Swalwell is always good, I like him, he speaks from the heart, and he did very well although he was not asked many questions. His closing argument was very good.

John Hickenlooper is an interesting guy, and what I read he did very well for Colorado, good resume, I will have to see more of him to have a better opinion, but he did well tonight.

Andrew Yang is very eloquent, one can tell he is very smart, I just don't know that his $1,000.00 giveaway is a good idea, use that money to create jobs, better education, get rid of charter schools, clean up Washington instead.

Kirsten Gillibrand...well, what can I say about her. I am partial that I don't like her after what she did to Al Franken but has remained quite silent about the accusations against the buffoon by credible women. I also noticed that she blinks a lot when she speaks. (A lot of answers have explained the blink rate as a sign of lying).

Michael Bennet did very well as well. I can see his views on going slow to transform healthcare, I would like to see a radical change like Sanders and others propose, but I think it is unreal...anyway, he was also very good.

I think that as a Democrat I can only feel proud of the brain power on that stage, the question for me is, who can crash the buffoon at his own game, who can reduce him and humiliate him, take him out of his comfort zone to make him go even crazier than he is? I believe one of those is de Blasio, definitely not Biden, it has to be someone who will look down to him and make him shit in his pants, someone he will not dare to ridicule.

would rotate up and down between the Supreme Court and the Appeals Courts just below the Supreme Court. A Suprem Court Justice would only serve two to five years before rotating out.
