Congratulations to our presumptive Democratic nominee, Joe Biden!
Almost all the candidates are against the Death Penalty.
The NYT interviewed 21 candidates in the Democratic Presidential Primary. All said they opposed the death penalty, except for Steve Bullock who said it's acceptable for terrorists.
Joe Biden declined the interview. He was a big supporter of the death penalty in the 1990s.
