WIN JOE WIN

That's what the pretty red-white-and-blue signs say here at the Boston fundraiser that is starting to get crowded. I decided to grab one of the few chairs in the back and not try to see anything until something happens.

I went to a Warren gathering and now a Biden one. I hope a few more candidates come my way.

OMG a waiter with a tray of hors d'oeuvres just found me. I didn't know there would be food.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I'm happy to sit down again and listen to the inspiring speeches before his.

All these dedicated people, on every Democratic campaign across the country... May they prevail. May we prevail. We can't let our country go on like this.

4. My favorite Biden quote from tonight:
Wed Jun 5, 2019, 06:01 PM
Jun 2019

"Don't tell me what you value; show me your budget and I'll tell you what you value."

And of course -- "The best thing we can do for this country is get rid of Trump"

I'm not good at paraphrasing so I'll just say he was eloquent on the subjects of his son Beau, D-Day, the middle class, unions, college costs, and how the world is wondering what has happened to America. Good speech.

He did in the 80's but this is 40 years later and I hope he has evolved and grown and no longer supports this. If you won't vote for anyone who's done anything you dislike in their lives, you will not be able to vote for anyone at any time. I am basing my support on where folks are at this time and place.

So he's consistent on this issue, which makes him ineligible for a democratic candidate, imo.

When GOP states are passing anti-abortion laws without exceptions, for him to carve out a partial ban that will most hurt poor and black women is NOT the sort of thing I would expect from a Democrat.

I would like to see the Blue Wave of 2018 seem very, very small by comparison to the 2020 BLUE WAVE!

Bigger is not always better, but in this case it is.

There will be several, but I'm not sure Joe will be among the top few. Nice guy, experienced, etc. But...
Just my male intuition, I guess.

Of course, if he is the nominee, I will certainly vote for him.

Two that come to mind immediately and favorably on the trust issue are Elizabeth Warren and Kamala Harris.
