O'Malley to attend Brown and Black forum.

'Democratic presidential hopeful Martin O'Malley will participate in the Iowa Brown and Black Presidential Forum, the event's organizers announced Wednesday.

The former Maryland governor will appear alongside rival Hillary Clinton at the event addressing minority issues at Drake University. The forum, first held in 1984, bills itself as the "oldest continuous minority forum for presidential candidates in America."

The 2016 Democratic forum is scheduled for Jan. 11.

O'Malley's campaign also announced on Wednesday a two-day tour through Iowa immediately following Saturday's Democratic debate at Drake.'

MONDAY, Nov. 16

Waverly: 9:00 a.m., Wartburg College Visit at Whitehouse Business Center, 214 100 Wartburg Blvd

New Hampton: 10:30 a.m., Chickasaw County meet and greet, 112 E. Spring St.

Decorah: 12:15 p.m., Winneshiek County meet and greet at Java John's Coffee House, 400 W. Water St.

Waukon: 4:00 p.m., Allamakee County meet and greet at Farmers and Merchants Bank community room, 201 W Main St.

Elkader: 6:00 p.m. Clayton County meet and greet at Johnson's Restaurant, 916 High St.

1. Surprised Hillary is attending. She has skipped so many Latino/AA events.

This used to be the best debate of whole primary. Unfortunately, because of the new rules it had to be converted to a forum.

Think O'Malley will kill it.
