O'Malley's Secret Sauce

Making the rounds a few days ago was another version of this video of remarks Martin O'Malley made last week at a "civic tech" pitch event in Washington, D.C.

What's significant about this (much better!) version is that it appears on the Latino Web site IQ Latino as part of a piece about Martin O'Malley's approach to immigration reform. As Governor, O'Malley passed the DREAM Act in Maryland.
