Bloomberg Politics’ John Heilemann caught up with 2016 presidential candidate Martin O’Malley after his speech at the Iowa Democratic Party’s Jefferson Jackson dinner on Saturday. Despite his polling numbers, the former Maryland governor was pleased with his performance, saying, “we’re picking up.”
