Thank you for reaching out to the governor about our recent Democratic Presidential Caucuses-- an exciting and invigorating expression of our Party's strength and passion heading into these crucial elections. I want to let you know that your message has been received and I will be passing along your comments to the governor.

As Democrats, we are lucky to have two great candidates running for President. Governor Inslee is supporting Hillary Clinton because he's worked with her for over 20 years, and he's seen on multiple issues that she is tough and effective in advancing the causes we believe in as Democrats.

I can tell you that the governor looks forward to giving his full support to whoever wins our Democratic nomination for President, because he feels strongly that a Donald Trump presidency would be a disaster for America. We have so much work to do as a united Democratic party- from putting a Democrat in the White House this year to ensuring a Democratic legislature in Olympia that will make progress on the big issues facing our state.
