Bernie Store update.
I've mentioned that it's been over a month for my order and haven't gotten it yet.
Well...update!
The site got reworked, adding first a Customer Service email address ([email protected]) and now noticed a Customer Service phone number (802-363-6099).
I called and got ahold of Customer Service...the 1 Customer Service rep! OK, she was really, REALLY nice (and sounds so very young) and gave me a wealth of information. They have moved the site to another server/company (I'm challenged on such verbiage) because of the swamp of orders...then there was a big problem with mugs and that is holding up everything (resolved and the deliveries are coming now...they want to ship all items together and that was holding things up). Another problem...T-Shirts...because they are also providing them to Bernie's events they are struggling to keep up with the huge demand (I told her about the RSVP number, 9500, for the Madison event...she said, Yikes!) And, if you had a login that got wiped out with the transition to the new site, she said that they will be working to restore/transfer over all that information.
I told her that I would post this up for Bernie's DUers...she said to apologize for them and that they are really struggling with the demand...she said that they will add more folks (a couple more ready to go live) to help field calls and emails to the store...we will be getting our orders.
Man...this is SO exciting that they are this busy! Heck, now I know why and I'm ok with the wait.

And it's also good news for Unions Workers who are making all of Bernie's campaign materials.
