Projecting the places where votes are likely to come - particularly Dane country, his numbers are likely to improve.

Milwaukee - large population - 40% black - is 60% in and Bernie is only down 5% there. only one of two counties Hillary is leading in

PPP was wrong and clinton win black vote.bernie won 27% of balcks better than the south though.

Among self idenified dems clinton only won 50 to 49 and bernie killed her with indys.

bernie won 18 to 45 year olds clinton won older.

networks would never call this if they weren't sure bernie won.

I'd say it was 70% Clinton 30% Sanders among blacks in the worst case.

been awhile since is aw that on twitter.apparently bernie and clinton split female vote 49% each but bernie beat her with men.

at present bernie's overall lead stands at 8% 54 to 46 with 40% of vote counted.

In the surrounding area, given the large population, if Sanders won 60% of the non-black vote then for the results you posted above, 67.5% Clinton 32% Sanders for the black vote in that area.

He needs to do that or better in NY, MD & DE later this month where black populations are roughly 10% or more higher (not quite that high in NY) than WI in those states.

But it's a encouraging result. If it were not for the heavy black support Hillary has received in this primary, this primary would either be close to over or in the worst case, the tables turned.

this way they can paint her as an underdog who came back from behind to win (or get close)

The areas Hillary is doing good only have about 10% to 15% of the total precincts left to count. She's gotten most of her gains in Milwaukee and it's running out of precincts.

Here's a results map you can see.
