In that case, they have to have a recent recipt from the college saying they paid fees

Every college ID has to have an expiration date to be accepted AND the student also needs proof of current enrollment (fee statement, class schedule, etc.) The only good news is that many students have smartphones and can show the proof electronically at the polls.
