It's not enough...

That people are constantly expected to hold their nose in the election booth in Swing States and vote for the lesser of two evils, Corporatist Third Way Dems.
No, now we're told, when we have a legitimate candidate to get excited about, who will turn out the base as well as energize many independents and even some Republicans, that we must be smoking something and to shut up and compromise again. We must pull the "Lesser Of Two Evils" again. I don't know about you but I'm sick and tired of this nonsense. I wonder, if Nader had got the nomination once they would trot out this same bs. Now, I can be a cynic, I admit it, I see pitfalls going forth with Bernie and I know there will be vicious attacks but we have people power and we can be a great asset for the Sanders campaign and see him win the White House.
We CAN elect Bernie and get like-minded individuals in Congress.

p.s. Even with Bernie elected, the Supreme Court won't get rid of Citizens United(I think any of the Liberals on the court will get death threats from the Kochs and others). It will take a nationwide 3/4th's majority to get an Amendment added to the Constitution to get it thrown out.

There's something real going on here. It's not just another election either. Sanders and Trump both prove it's not a normal cycle and that's why I don't listen to anything they say about Bernie. Period.

Oh, and Western Illinois University is NEVER wrong and they've got Bernie winning the whole damn thing. Go Bernie.

that everyone seems to be ignoring. Bernie is not primarily running a presidential campaign, he is primarily trying to empower us to build an enduring mass movement for real change. This is what makes him perhaps the best candidate in history. If he was running exactly the same platform, but without the mass movement part, it would be a fool's errand and at best a symbolic gesture. Thankfully, Bernie understands movement building.

When I say cynical I mean an optimist who approaches things cautiously so as to not immediately accidentally fall into a trap. "Hope for the best, prepare for the worst" as it were. Pessimists say it's hopeless.

I'm now convinced this is part of the plan.

We know Clinton was bought off by Wall Street, Banks, Insurance, etc... because we've seen the proof. If she guts the party platform, like her handlers want, the next prick they force on us won't just give it back. Not if they're bought out, too. If they succeed then the Democrats in congress will never go back. All they we've hoped for is finished. It's the only damn answer for what we're seeing.

Don't let any supporter kid you. This is one of, if not THE, biggest reason why there's been such a hard push by the media for Hillary. You see, even if Citizens United isn't dropped in the next few years, Net Neutrality will see that advertising revenue and Kingmaker power from MSM drop like a stone.

If Clinton wins the WH though we're screwed. Our entire party is. Her husband is as much to blame as any Republican for the way things are today and she's even worse. Hell, at least Bill would pretend to care. Hillary, she doesn't even do that.

gets to my state, it is often the case that the candidate has already been chosen for me. So there isn't a primary per se, at all. It is the appearance of a primary.
