Paste Command

I am trying to paste in a picture but the key commands do not work. I also tried the right click and they are grayed out. Is this due to how long I have been a member and number of posts? Just wondering. Thanks for any help that is conveyed.

Photobucket is widely used.

Their memberships are free (although you get some benefits from paying.) Just follow the prompts, and you'll be able to post your pictures!

Not being able to post pictures has nothing to do with how long you've been a member, or how many posts you have, BTW.
