Recurring payments

I was notified that my subscription had expired so I subscribed again for a recurring amount. When I looked at my account it said that I had signed up for recurring payments for the last two years so why do they say my subscription was expired if I signed up for recurring payments and do I now have three subscriptions since I saw that each recurring payment was for different amounts. Iím confused, please advise!

1. Your best bet...

would be to contact the administrator. EarlG. He straightened out some problems I had. If all else fails, go to your recurring payments on the credit card you use to make your payment, cancel them all, then go back to your star membership page and start over at the monthly amount you desire to contribute. If that doesn't make any sense, and at 5:00 am that's entirely possible, contact EarlG and he'll talk you through it.

3. This just happened to me too -- paid twice now

I haven't found how to remedy this so hope someone has ideas

Logged into Paypal and found one has been refunded, so guess my email to [email protected] got to someone.
