On Wednesday morning, the think tank Third Way held a briefing in which it warned candidates that they risked personal and broadly shared electoral harm if they echoed Sanders' populist message.

(7,865 posts)Because one of the reasons Nixon won that year was because of a bunch of traitorous democrats decided they would throw weight and money to Nixon because they were really pissy about McGovern taking the nomination.
