So how many of you frothing HRC or BS supporters are registered democrats?

In addition how many of you know whether your state has open or closed primaries. Will you be voting in the primaries or do you even know if you can?

I have closed primaries in my state and I am not interested in registering as a democrat-therefore I do not have an opinion about any of the candidates and will most likely be voting for the democratic nominee.

I'd suggest the rest of you figure this out and act accordingly because this bickering is stupid.

My point is that on the internet it is very easy to have an opinion about something without actually supporting anything. I think there are way too many people around here who simply like to pick a side and be combative. I think the livid responses of the people who don't seem to know are obvious examples.

Not sure what underlies the scathing sarcasm, but it's misplaced. I'm a registered Democrat, I've voted in every single election since I moved to this county, and I even volunteer to work the polls (when my health allows).

We have closed primaries. I know because I had the job of stringing the poll slips, which show your party affiliation. This allows the poll worker to pull up the correct ballot for your party.

I think the HRC and BS haters and shitstirrers are just that and have no intention of trying to get anyone elected. It needs to stop. If people want to support a certain candidate then work on getting them elected in the primaries in your district and get off the internet. after many years as an "undeclared." I'm in NM now, which still has a closed primary...Prior to that I lived in NJ and was a registered Dem there.

I want to vote in the primary...for HRC....I de-registered after the May 30 meeting during the first Obama run...

I continue to be lukewarm on Obama. I did not vote for him the first time and part of it was the extreme nature of his camp supporters...including one who I thought was a good friend....You could not even deviate from ONE THING on Obama....(sounds so familiar) ..She had all sorts of contacts at Harvard and polling...she started hanging out with others...ironically, she loved the idea of a fusion candidate...remember that? Bloomberg and who was the Republican ex. Senator who wanted to do that? What a joke. I have cut her off entirely because of that crap. I went on to do TONS of research on my blog which clearly showed that Obama was very Republican lite....very....esp. his ties to the Christian media guys...and his stuff about Reagan and his nonsense in a newspaper board interview where he dismissed the Vietnam era as having nothing to learn from... I also resigned from Buzzflash when they went so wild about Obama and crucified Clinton. Screw that stuff, then...and NOW.

So,I de-registered. I only voted for him the second run because I was so afraid of the Republicans....

Vermont and Texas for a couple.

There is NO way to register as a Democrat in Texas. You can vote in either primary and they stamp your registration card at that time with the party primary you voted in. If there is a runoff you can only vote in that election if your card is stamped with that party.
