2. And because Transcanada can now get what it wanted with Keystone without her help...

... in an ISDS court from TPP, and she basically helped them earlier then by not speaking out against TPA and TPP when it could have mattered! Nice way to avoid responsibility for Keystone and TPP/TPA crap!

5. If our pols had that attitude, then why even enter politics! Nothing is a sure deal...

... when working to fight issues like this. Now, as the prospective president (according to many that support her here), who better to speak out against this legislation than someone who would potentially be using it over the next presidential term (TPA that is), if she were really against it. It might have made the difference and helped a filibuster be supported and shut down TPA from being passed. And then she could make the case that she wasn't "for it before she was against it" that many describe her efforts to try and defuse this by conveniently trying to say she wasn't for it right before the first debate, but way after she might have been able to affect a senate vote.

3. Hillary because it's politically convenient right now. She can

always forget about it later, or say that recent {insert some meaningless 'amendment' here} changes to the legislation make it "The Gold Standard of Trade Policies once again!" Yay

6. Hillary is trying to keep the left on her side

Once she has the nomination, she'll soften her opposition to it.
