Republicans have the advantage with seniors?

How is that so? At least that is what someone was saying on MSNBC this morning. How the hell do they have the advantage with seniors when Social Security and Medicare is a big issue with them. This is all tied in with Ryan being in Florida at The Villages today.

Some people age 65 and older have been compassionate people all of their lives. Some have children and grandchildren.

Other people age 65 and older have never had children or grandchildren.

Some people age 65 and older have actually been raised to be selfish bastards. Their focus, during their entire lives, has been upon themselves. If the Republicans can convince a sufficient number of them that their Social Security benefits will be safe and that, when they pull up the ladder, the only ones who will be affected are those in the younger generations, the I've-got-mine-crowd may favor Republicans.
